How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders shipped with First-Class Mail arrive within 1-5 business days. Orders shipped with Priority Mail arrive within 1-3 business days.

Do you take refunds or exchanges?

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for damaged items or if you received the wrong item. In that case, please email me at amanda@byamandafitz.com with the subject line, "Order Issue", within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds cannot be given for shipping issues (lost or having given the wrong address), but I'll do my best to make sure your item gets to you. 

Do you do custom orders?

We are currently not accepting custom orders.
