If you received a flawed item please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com with the order number and a few clear pictures of the problem. Please note we must know about a defective product within a reasonable time.
If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, we ask that you contact us within 8 hours of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.
